A Voyage Long And Strange by Tony Horwitz
so, i'll admit that i picked this book up because i love the cover... i'm a sucker for cartoon vikings & indians (Natives). i read the back of the book and it sounded interesting and i must say that it is THE most interesting history book i've ever read. okay, fine, it's THE only history book i've ever read. Mr. Horwitz is an amazing journalist who kept my interest through all of America's early history (which turns out is not exactly what i thought it was) and also through his own adventures as he re-tracead anciet and forgotten routes. i reccomend it.
- i was really busy for almost all of July between work and taking care of that boy and work, so i didn't have much time to read at all. except for comics, of course.

- Green Lantern & the Blackest Night stuff has all been great so far. really surprised by The Sinister Spider-Man. i picked it up because i love Bachalo's stuff so much, but it was actually a pretty great read. a little bit over the Utopia/Dark X-Men thing, but we'll see how it plays out. still enjoying Forever. fucking love Remender now. The End League is pretty near perfect and his Punisher stuff is great too. Deadpool was great... all around, great month.
